Front-rack positioning limiting your Clean?

Heard of ROMWOD?  What about Archer Pose?  

If you can't touch your hands together in this pose, chances are that you can improve your positioning.

Grab a thin rubber resistance band

Use the reverse hyper or something similar as an anchor point

Hunt around for tight corner (i.e. squat, turn side to side)

Hang out for a few minutes per side!
