Have you ever tried to do a clean or snatch and the bar doesn't turn smoothly? This most likely is because you barbell sleeves are locking up. Dust, dirt, etc. has gotten down into the bushings causing them to turn slowly. Make sure to stay up on your maintenance!
By placing your barbell vertically in a barbell holder or 45 lb. bumper plate, you can then drop some of our Bar Shield Formula down into the sleeve. Allow the formula to diffuse down into the sleeve to lubricate the bushings for 10-15 minutes. Repeat on the other side and you are good to go!
