GHD or Reverse Hyper... which one should you get? It depends, go figure! What's your budget? Do you need both? What type of gym do you have or own? Just a few questions to get you started.
If you have any experience with buying equipment or outfitting a gym, you know that it can get extremely pricey very quickly. If you can afford both a GHD (glute hamstring developer) AND a reverse hyper, go for it. Otherwise, if you are strapped for cash, you need to decide whether it is worth the investment to buy both, or evaluate which one you would get the MOST benefit.
As highlighted in the video with Blaine below, the most bang for you buck is most likely going to be a GHD. The primary reason is because you can mimic the reverse hyper movement in some ways with a GHD. Blaine goes through a few different variations to show us how to get the most out of our equipment. Time to get creative!
GHD = starts at $345
